Position titles include restaurant manager, hotel manager, front desk manager, receptionist, tour guide, flight attendant, travel consultant and cruise and tour reservations officer. Courses Offered

Advance Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism

The Advanced Diploma in Hotel Management aims to provide an understanding of the managerial, decision making and leadership aspects of the international hotel industry and to develop independent research and study skills which will be required when working at senior managerial level in the industry.

Successful completion of the CTHCM Advance Diploma programme gives direct entry to the final year of BSc (Hons) International Tourism and Hospitality Management awarded by the University of Sunderland.
